Incident: Over 500 ActewAGL/Icon Water utility customers’ bills uncollected after privacy breach | SMH

Australian Information Security Incident Reported: December 20 2018

ActewAGL has collected 91 per cent of bills which were sent out by mistake to 400 customers last week in a massive privacy breach that affected 6000 Icon Water and ActewAGL customers.

That means a week after the first bundle of bills was identified, the private billing information of about 540 utility customers is still in the hands of strangers.
