Christian Community Care is a dedicated organization that provides a range of support services to individuals and families in need. Their mission is to offer compassionate care and practical assistance, guided by Christian values. They provide services such as emergency relief, food assistance, counseling, and support for those experiencing homelessness or financial hardship.

The Space Bears ransomware group has claimed responsibility for hacking Christian Community Aid (CCA), a not-for-profit charity based in Eastwood, NSW. The hackers listed CCA as a victim on their darknet leak site on January 22, 2025, and threatened to publish the stolen data within ten days. The compromised data reportedly includes various file types such as .jpg, .mp4, .mov, .xls, .doc, .mdf, .msg, and pdf. As of now, CCA has not responded to inquiries about the incident.

There is no information on what data may have been compromised, Christian Community Care likely holds personal data on both clients and employees, including identification, demographic, financial, health, and service usage information for clients, as well as employment, financial, health, and training records for employees.
