Ransomware gang Ragnar Locker is claiming to have breached Network Pacific Real Estate following a failure in negotiations. The hackers claim to have breached the company’s network and stolen 30.6 gigabytes of data, including the personal information of employees and customers.

The hackers say they tried negotiating with the company, but the company was not interested in paying the ransom or fixing the security vulnerabilities. The hackers then published the data on their website as a warning to other organisations that collect and store private data.

The post also quotes Network Pacific’s privacy policy, which states that it collects various types of information from customers and third parties and takes reasonable steps to protect the data.

Network Pacific has not confirmed the breach or responded to the media’s requests for comment.
