Incident: Former Labor boss fined over data breach | The West Australian

Australian Information Security Incident Reported: July 3 2017

A magistrate has fined former NSW Labor general secretary Jamie Clements $4000 over an electoral roll data breach.

Jamie Clements asked ex-Labor staffer David Latham to search the party’s Campaign Central database, which contained electoral roll information, for NSW man Craig Wilson’s address in June 2015.
