Australian Information Security Incident Reported: April 12 2017
Personal details of the families of vulnerable children who have self-harmed or been victims of bullying have been accidentally published on the Victorian Education Department’s website for 24 hours.

This included parents’ names and, in a few instances, their home addresses and mobile numbers.
